Do NOT ignore chronic pain
Have you been having pain for a while now? Have you been getting tired early? Is it disturbing your sleep? You might be suffering from chronic pain.
If pain, anywhere in your body, lasts for 3 months or longer it is labeled as chronic.
Causes:
1) Nerve involvement - either they are damaged or compressed.
2) Psychogenic - related to stress and other emotional problems.
3) There can be multiple unidentifiable causes as well.
Symptoms:
1) Pain that persists for an unusually long time.
2) Soreness or stiffness due to the pain.

3) Tiredness.
4) Sleep disturbances due to the pain.
5) Decreased daily activities. You may not be able to go for work.
Chronic pain can also lead to depression, irritability. You may be more prone for infections.
Always remember that pain is a defense mechanism. It is your body’s way of telling you that something is not right, so do not ignore it. Do not pop pills to relieve the pain, get yourself checked.
