Green tea has a lot of health benefits. A lot of research is being done on it and there are positive reports especially in the ‘weight loss’ field. In one of the latest researches that was done, it was proved that green tea helps decrease weight when though the person still eats junk food. It’s hard for most people to completely quit junk food, so green tea comes to the rescue. In the same research, it was also shown that green tea reduces blood pressure.
