International Sugar Free Month
Dr. Scott Olson ND, the founder of National Sugar Free Month, is launching a support group to help people turn away from sugar and towards healthy weight loss.
He’s a naturopathic doctor and has written a book on sugar addiction, Sugarettes.

Why is sugar bad?
