You might have to attend social gatherings like birthday parties which add on calories.

It’s essential to plan your way out. There’s no point in blaming your job for getting in the way.

#1 Never skip a meal. Always eat your breakfast and lunch. When you skip these meals, you feel hungry by evening time. You might end up eating a heavy meal for dinner. At night time you wont be working and most of the time you may not be moving around much. So, it adds on calories.

#2 If you have to take your clients out, choose a place that has healthy food (avoid junk food outlets).

#3 If you go for a birthday party or for a colleague’s dinner, make sure you don’t overeat. Never fill your stomach to the maximum.

#4 Take frequent breaks and walk around.http://www.crestock.com/images/640000-649999/647674-xs.jpg

#5 Stand at least once every hour. It helps in circulation as well.

#6 Take the stairs whenever you can.

#7 You can do exercises sitting on your chair like stretching your muscles and moving your arms.

#8 Eat only when you are hungry. Avoid candies.
